Starting February 6, 2022, ARKs will start the 1st day of the ARKs PAWs Club.  The Club will meet every Sunday from 1:30pm - 5pm.  The Club is for ages 8 years old and above.  The Fee is $20 per month per child.  There is no proration of the monthly fee. 

 

What does this club and its members do on Sunday afternoons?

What takes place every Sunday afternoon when the members attend?

Members are to come with their dog if they have one.  If they do not , ARKs has several dogs which live at ARKs which can be worked with if the member does not have a dog.  The club will being activities at 1:30pm.  The member can come anytime during the club hours of 1:30pm to 5pm.  The member is not required to stay until 5pm.  There will be planned activities as well as free socializing time for the dogs.

Once a member joins, they are required to pay the monthly fee by the first of the month.  Currently, there is no initial application fee.

Activities will include short lecture at some sessions, learning a training technique, leash walking the dogs, learning how to clean up after a dog, learning about the various breeds, work on obedience with the dogs and more...

What should the member bring for club sessions?

something to sit on (chair or mat)

proper clothing for outside environment

Beverages for the member (ARKs will have bottled water available for $1 per bottle)

Current vaccination record of the dog attending with your child
